FluidVoice is a free, open-source AI dictation tool that turns your speech into clean, ready-to-use text. Instead of typing everything out, simply press a keyboard shortcut and speak naturally in any app. Its on-device AI transcribes your words, removes filler and awkward phrasing, and tidies up the text while keeping your original meaning. It can be a great tool for writing emails, messages, documents and AI prompts, especially if you prefer speaking to typing.
For better results, you can set different writing tones for individual apps and choose a model that suits your computer. Audio and text stay on your device by default, although optional cloud services can be enabled. FluidVoice is currently available for Windows, Mac, and iOS.
