ADHD planner is a simple, public ADHD planner for adults. It offers daily and weekly plans, focusing on a maximum of 3 tasks at a time. Aiming to aid individuals in overcoming procrastination through psychological suggestion and public commitment (others will see if you fulfill your promised tasks if using a public contract). The system includes a safety valve allowing users to “tear up” one contract per week, acknowledging that flexibility is important for ADHD management.
